We don't do snow. We don't have snow clothes. We don't have snow toys. It took me a solid 45 minutes to get the kids and myself dressed. I couldn't figure it out. I figured layers was my only option. I wore a pair of yoga pants under my jeans. Getting my "leg sleeves" unbunched took up 15 minutes of the 45. The kids seemed layered well enough to stay warm, but we don't have snow boots.
